Terms & conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Shop Watch Film website and your purchase of our products. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Formation of Contract

All products are sold subject to these Terms & Conditions. Any alternative terms provided by the customer do not apply unless agreed in writing by Shop Watch Film (“the Company”).

2. Orders & Delivery

An order is confirmed once you receive an email confirmation from us.  

Products will only be dispatched once full payment has been received. Delivery times may vary, and delays do not constitute grounds for liability.

3. Prices

All prices are listed in Pound Sterling (GBP).  

Shop Watch Film may update, change, or discontinue products or pricing at any time without notice.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss arising from the use, delay, or failure of our products.  

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.  

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by proven negligence.

5. Warranty

Products are provided on an “as‑is” basis without any implied warranties of fitness, merchantability, or suitability for a specific purpose.  

Colours, textures, and finishes may vary slightly from images shown online.

6. Confidentiality & Data Protection

Both parties agree to keep all non‑public business information confidential.  

Shop Watch Film will take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement if the other commits a material breach and fails to remedy it within 30 days of written notice.

8. Payment

All payments must be made in full in GBP to Shop Watch Film or Mr. Teon Blake‑Stewart (T/A Shop Watch Film).  

If part of an invoice is disputed, the undisputed amount must still be paid on time. Any remaining balance becomes payable once the dispute is resolved.

9. Changes to Terms

Shop Watch Film reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
